TERMS

Website terms of use

The role of this website, the limits of general information, and how a separate professional engagement begins. Effective 13 October 2026.

General information

This website is operated by Path Canada LTD. It provides service information and general planning resources about Canada. It is not a government website and does not issue visas, permits, nominations, admission letters, or immigration decisions.

Content does not constitute an assessment of your individual eligibility or personalized legal or immigration advice. Official requirements and intake can change after the displayed research date. Consult current official instructions and obtain qualified advice where needed.

Enquiries and professional services

Submitting a form, using the starting-point tool, or sending an email does not establish representation, create a paid engagement, or preserve any application or legal deadline. Do not assume that a message has been reviewed because a receipt is displayed.

Paid services require a separate agreement that sets out the responsible professional, scope, fees, and terms. That agreement governs the engagement. No outcome or government processing time is guaranteed.

Your use of the site

Provide accurate information. Do not submit sensitive documents through the public enquiry form, impersonate another person, upload unlawful material, or interfere with the website’s operation.

You may use and print the planning guides for your personal preparation. Photographs, fonts, and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights and licences.

External sources and referrals

Links to government sources help you verify information. They do not imply government endorsement of Path Canada LTD. A reference to a program does not mean intake is open or that you qualify.

External providers make their own decisions and set their own terms. Confirm any referral arrangements, fees, and credentials before engaging them.

Availability and questions

The site may be unavailable or contain an error. If a deadline is approaching, use an appropriate direct channel and seek timely professional help rather than relying on this website.

These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Send questions to hello@pathca.com or write to Path Canada LTD., 1 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON M5E 1E5, Canada.
