What the enquiry form collects
The form collects your name, email address, country of residence, preferred language, service interest, current stage, short message, and consent. A submission reference and receipt time are recorded with your enquiry.
Do not include passport numbers, Social Insurance Numbers, medical details, financial records, or full immigration documents in this form. Any documents needed for a later engagement require an agreed transfer process.
Why we use it
We use the information to respond, identify the relevant service, manage correspondence, and prevent abusive or duplicate submissions. The form’s consent covers responding to your enquiry. It does not subscribe you to marketing.
The starting-point tool and guide checkboxes run in your browser. Their selections are not sent to us. This site does not include advertising trackers or third-party marketing analytics. Hosting providers may retain routine operational logs under their own policies.
Your light or dark appearance preference is stored in your browser. A functional cookie tells the server which appearance to use when loading a page. These preferences are not used for advertising.
Storage and service providers
Enquiries are stored in access-restricted systems. Authorized personnel and providers involved in hosting or enquiry handling may process them for those purposes. If an enquiry delivery provider is configured, the enquiry is transmitted to that provider to support follow-up.
No system can guarantee absolute security. We limit the information requested through the public form. Provider locations and any additional handling requirements for an engagement should be confirmed before sensitive records are transferred.
Retention, access, and correction
Information is kept for handling the enquiry and any resulting engagement, subject to applicable legal and professional recordkeeping obligations. Contact privacy@pathca.com to request access, correction, or deletion, or to withdraw consent to further contact.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some records may have to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute. Withdrawal does not undo processing already completed with your consent.
External services and changes
Official sources, email applications, and external websites have their own privacy practices. Following a link takes you outside this site. We update this notice when the website’s handling of personal information changes.
